Summer Palace Sunset in Beijing, China
November 20, 2012
Ancient temple buildings, old Chinese willow trees, Asian pagoda, oriental bridges, plus colorful dragon boats on the huge, misty lake with an orange sunset reflected in the still water, makes strolling the 290-acre Summer Palace grounds a magical, relaxing and invigorating experience.
One of our favorite spots during our travel to China and Beijing has been visiting this UNESCO World Heritage site, the Summer Palace, that was once a summer retreat for Emperors.
Have you visited or is it on your list?

I haven't been to China yet. Beijing is known to me because of the Olympics held over there(I am sorry for my Weak General Knowledge). Summer Palace is beautiful place .
