When it comes to family travel, there is never a chocolate shop/chocolatier  that children ( and their parents) will not want to stop at and try a piece or two. You can even add some of Europe's best chocolate sights in your vacation or holiday itinerary.

"All I really need is love, but a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt!" Charles Shultz

Perhaps the best in Chocolate was in Belgium, one of our early stops in beautiful Brugge on our family world tour. It had more Chocolate than we imagined and it was as beautiful as it was delicious. Who knew you could make cats and violins out of chocolate?

You can learn chocolate's history, watch it being made as well as trying lip-smacking samples.

We've also had some amazing hot chocolate in Paris, Madrid ( thick as pudding) , Venice doing a kid's intinerary and other places.
