Cute Teen Clothes Shopping Haul
August 06, 2014

How many teenage girls have done shopping hauls in Paris, London,Sydney, NYC, Shanghai, Italy, Spain, Jordan,California and more? Mozart has always been a world-traveling fashionista and loves clothes, malls and shopping, so feels blessed with all the places she has shopped around the world. She is ready to be a teen beauty guru!

Despite us being a minimalist family that travels the world with just carryon luggage and not into overconsumerism, she has managed to always dress with a sense of style on a tight budget.
I modeled with Ford in NYC when I was young and in many magazines including Vogue, so perhaps I had some influence, but Mozart seemed to have a fashion sense even as a baby.

Now that she is a teenager who is singing and modeling, she is even more into fashion and learning about make up, hair and teen style.
She wants to share what she is learning with others, so will start her own blog soon and doing regular, exciting beauty, fashion, travel, cooking, DIY projects, languages, music and teen lifestyle vlogs on our Soultravelers3 Youtube Channel.
Please subscribe to our channel, so you don't miss any of them and help support her new entertaining adventure!

Mozart is a lot of fun, so this should be an interesting new chapter for us and you.

It is exciting for me to watch her grow and blossom and transform from child to woman.

Even just trying on clothes at the gigantic malls nearby in Dallas turns into a joyful outing for us .

Mozarrt dances, strikes a pose, jokes and we laugh a lot as we explore the many options.

I wonder if you can guess which ones of these outfits we bought?

Half the fun is trying them on for her, even if we don't buy them.

We always find more than we need.....

....and end up in giggles.

Mozart is in that in between stage, so finding her size can be a challenge. She some day would like to make a line just for this stage and size!

But that never slows us down as it lets us explore both the adult and kids sections and when we have exhausted clothes, we can always move onto exploring make up!

Mozart loves getting advice and trying things out at the various make up counters in stores like Nordstroms and Neiman Marcus and she dappled in Estee Lauder, Channel, Clinique, Shiseido, Mineral Fusion and more. Mozart plans to do a make up "give away" soon on Youtube and share a few secrets she has learned.

She learned lots of makeup tricks at various stores like MAC Cosmetics ( huge store here)...

...and got a complete lesson at Trish McEvoy Cosmetics where they did half her face and she did the other half step by step.

There is a lot to learn for both every day makeup and performance make up for when she sings and the artist in her is dazzled by this craft.

She usually doesn't wear make up and when she does she likes to keep it very natural looking.

Speaking of eyes, one can't shop with this kid and miss the Apple Store where she can drool over the latest tech toys she covets. She is lobbying for the latest i phone. ;)

Yes, she got a haul of things she needed, ( quality things on sale), but mostly it was just a grand mother-daughter bonding time in this new phase of her life

I am not a shopper by nature, but since Mozart is ( and always has been), we find ways to make it a bonding time and teaching time and play time. Having been away from American shopping malls for eons and out of my teens for centuries, it's an exciting adventure to explore this new world with my daughter and through her eyes.
Are you a shopper or know a teen shopper? What did you buy on your last haul?

Love to follow your blog!
We too have a gifted single child who loves fashion. She is into quality clothing, mostly classic items and enjoys bargains. She trades with friends often and shops quality secondhand stores to find bargains. At the tween stage these might be harder to find. But she will grow quickly and the smaller adult sizes are much easier to find. Happy shopping!
