San Francisco Travel – Why We Love it!
I still think San Francisco
is one of the most beautiful
cities in the world,
I still think San Francisco is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, despite all our international travel. When I was in my twenties I lived on Nob Hill and still enjoy visiting this gorgeous city. One of the things we always do when visiting family in Santa Cruz and Capitola, is head to the city.
This photo was taken in December and it made us all happy to be back in “our city” again on a glorious winter’s day. Yep, California Dreaming is not just a song, but something we do and we are very proud that is is our home. Some how whenever we visit, the weather always seems perfect.
San Francisco is a ideal spot for a romanic get away or family vacation. It is very easy to explore and do many things in a short period of time, because San Francisco is geographically small ..just 49 square miles. It is also a very walkable city with good mass transit including the always fun cable cars.

What is your favorite spot in San Francisco? Do you love it too?

The farmers market at the Ferry Market Building on Saturdays!
Hi Soul Travelers 3,
We just came back from a road trip through Northern California and made a pit stop at Golden Gate Park to let our toddler out to play. The lake is fun with the birds and of course, there are beautiful plants everywhere. I’ve been reviewing California beaches for babies and toddlers so Ocean Beach was one of our stops. However, we did make a detour down to New Brighton Beach (which I think is considered Capitola) and thought it was so scenic and kind of like the Mediterranean. Thanks for posting some California travel stuff!
