Now that I have been on health journey while traveling sick and researching things like organic food as well as tradtional foods and how it heals, I am even more intrigued by them.
From Barcelona’s famous Boqueria to wine and hypermarkets in France to Fish Markets in Norway to a Pasticceria in Italy, or just getting groceries in Andalusia, we’ve experienced a LOT around food shopping as we’ve traveled the world non-stop these last 7 plus years.
Farmers markets are an ancient concept that have been going on in Europe in every village since medieval times.They are one of our favorite ways to eat healthy and cheap while traveling Europe!
