One of the things I remember most fondly from our time in Portugal were the fantastic tiles, used liberally for decoration inside and out, and most very unique (not like us going to Home Depot and buying the same thing our neighbors have)The tile museum we visited in Lisbon had tiles dating to the 15th century.
Oh, yes, the tiles are lovely aren’t they? I loved all the blue and white tiles there.
We have been spoiled with all the magnificent tiles in Spain, Morocco and now Portugal.
We will be showing more tile pictures. We missed the tile museum, but it sounds great!
What is your new camera? Looks great.
